Wine Tours and Tasting at Silverhand Estate and Meopham Valley Vineyard

Located near Luddesdown in the beautiful North Downs, Silverhand Estate is a Kentish winery with added sparkle. At more than 500 acres, it is the largest single organic vineyard in the UK. Sharing the same chalky conditions as the Champagne region of France. The Estate is a great place to while away an afternoon. It offers a range of experiences from guided tours to tutored wine tastings. 

Meopham Valley Vineyard is an award-winning producer of English wines offering breath-taking views as you sip the perfect glass. First established in 1991, this boutique corner of the beautiful North Downs, provides the perfect condition for an unforgettable taste of Kentish Rose, Red and Sparkling wines, whilst learning more about the vineyard.


Iron Pier Brewery and Gravesham’s microbrewing scene

Enjoy a pint of perfectly crafted ale art the Iron Pier Brewery in Northfleet. From a Rosherville red to the majestic Keller Queen there’s plenty of craft beer in the Tap Room to sample and a great shop too for gift packs, T-shirts and hoodies.

Hatch is the latest venture from Jamie Clarke and Thomas Mudge, who have built a reputation for running popular places to eat out in the county.

Gravesend Borough Market is one of the oldest surviving covered markets in the country. Now known as Hatch, a brand-new ‘foodies’ heaven for Gravesham, promising street vendors, bars, pop-ups and live entertainment.

 

Panic Room Entertainment Centre

Located in the heart of Gravesend, The Panic Room is one of the UK’s largest Escape Room centres with over 20 experiences to choose from. There’s also a Laser Tag arena, a safe space for your weekend urban axe throwing and mini golf re-imagined at the Mad Hitter’s Tee Party. And they also have a board game café!
